Welcome to Roadschooling Overland. I intend to use this site to document my journey to design and build a custom world class expedition vehicle for my family and me to use to continue our adventures and experience the world.
Along the way I’ll hopefully go through some background information about us and how we got here. I want to show as much as I can about my inspiration and methodologies for getting us here. This is important to me as much for showing others as it is for me to chronicle the journey in keeping almost a virtual journey of my thought process and actual progress. Then hopefully we will get into actually chronicling progress along the way for the build to completion. On that journey hopefully I can intersperse some glimpses of where I want to go when this is all built and the things I hope to see and the experiences I hope to have. Then as this blog morphs along with the entire project hopefully it can turn into a vehicle I can use as a journal for our travels into the future.
As you’ll see, I’m a bit of a dreamer and a man with big plans for the future. I’m really excited to see where this goes and what comes from it. Thanks for coming along with me and fasten your seatbelts, it’s going to be a bumpy ride!
